Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking number via email.
Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate so you can receive your tracking information without delay.

Please note that once your package has left our store, been handed over to the postal carrier, and a tracking number has been issued, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing parcels.
We are also not liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Carrier mishandling or service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once the item has been shipped.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, and all international orders include tracking information.
